This slitting line is for service centers cutting wide coils into narrower widths for subsequent processing, massively supplying slit coils to automotive, construction, tube mills, roll-forming lines.

Scope of supply:
Uncoiler – for holding the master coil (up to 1850 mm wide, weight 20–30 tons).
Entry equipment – peeler, flatteners, entry chopper, conveyor table,edge alignment.
Slitter head (double slitting stands)– with tooling capable of cutting 6 mm thick steel.
Exit loop pit – to buffer material strips lengths for maximize speed.
Separator – to keep strips apart after slitting.
Tension stand and exit shearer – to maintain tension and cutting off.
Recoiler(s) – one or multiple reels for slit strands (maybe dual duals or multiple independent recoilers).
Exit coil cart– for coil removal.
