LMS Machinery manufactures automatic metal coil cut-to-length lines for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other sheet metal materials. Our customized CTL systems are designed for precise decoiling, leveling, shearing, and stacking, helping manufacturers produce flat sheets with accurate dimensions and consistent quality.
With an annual output of more than 30 steel coil cut-to-length lines, LMS provides solutions for a wide range of production requirements. Depending on the line configuration, our equipment can process strip widths from 300 to 2100 mm, material thicknesses from 0.10 to 25.0 mm, and coil weights up to 45 MT. Line speeds can reach up to 90 m/min for efficient coil cut-to-length production.

LMS Machinery CTL Lines are equipped with advanced technologies for precise and efficient production in the modern metal processing industry.
High-quality leveling machine features individually driven work rolls combined with backup rolls and is available in 4-high or 6-high configurations. The lift and tilt of the upper rolls can be automatically adjusted and monitored. This helps improve sheet flatness and minimize differential stress during coil processing.
LMS cut-to-length lines use advanced shearing technology to provide high cutting accuracy, especially for large-scale sheet metal production. Different servo control systems support various shearing methods, including start-stop crosscut, continuous rotary shear, and dynamic flying shear. Each shearing method is designed to meet specific material and production requirements.
