LMS Machinery CTL Lines are equipped with advanced technologies allowing for precise and efficient production in modern metal industry.
High-quality Leveling machine features individually driven work rolls, cooperated with back-up rolls, classified as a 4-hi or 6-hi leveler. The lift and tilt of the upper rolls can be automatically adjusted and detective. This helps in improving flatness and minimizing differential stresses.
Advanced Shearing Technolog of LMS cut-to length provides high cutting accuracy, especially when dealing with large-scale metal sheet production. Utilizing different servo control system, shearing types could be defined as start-stop crosscut, continuously rotary shear, dynamic flying shear. All the shearing types mentioned above have demonstrated excellent performance in specific industries.
