Metal Slitting Line 1850x3mm Ready To Ship

Following the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), LMS Machinery today announced that a high-performance metal slitting line is ready to be shipped abroad.
This 1850x3mm slitting line is specifically designed for processing hot-rolled/cold-rolled steel coils, capable of handling metal coils up to 1850mm in width, 25tons in weight and 3mm in thickness. The line integrates uncoiling, slitting, recoiling, and tension control systems to meet the customer's requirements for high precision and stability.
During the FAT, representatives from the overseas customer conducted a comprehensive inspection of key components, including slitter blade gap adjustment accuracy, and the responsiveness of the electrical control system. The machine ran smoothly, and key indicators, such as the edge flatness and width tolerance of the slit strips, met all specified technical requirements.
This equipment is the result of our technical team's optimization for the global market's demand for wide, high-precision metal processing. We are delighted to have earned this customer's trust, marking a solid step forward for our high-end equipment business in East Asia.
The slitting line has left our factory and is expected to arrive at the customer's facility. Upon arrival, LMS's technical team will provide on-site installation guidance and operator training.
