Slitter knives

Rotary slitting blades for coil slitting line industry. Its main function is to cut wider steel coils into narrower strips.

It is mainly divided into three categories:

The first category is tungsten carbide (TC), such as YG10, YG20, G16, G18, etc., primarily used for cutting silicon steel and precision thin stainless steel.

The second category is high-speed steel, including powder metallurgy high-speed steel and traditional high-speed steel, such as ASP2060, SKH51 (M2, W6Mo5Cr4V2, 1.3343, SK50, KL40, G24), SKH2 (T1, W18Cr4V, 1.3355, SK51, KL41, G25). It is mainly used for trimming non-ferrous metal coils, silicon steel sheets, and stainless steel.

The third category is high-alloy tool steel, such as D2 (SKD11, 1.2379, KL31, G6), LD, etc., primarily used for cutting copper, aluminum, thinner cold-rolled steel, low-carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Stripper ring

Stripping ring, also known as a rubber ring, rubber-bonded ring, rubber-coated ring, or steel ring, primarily functions to balance shear forces and promptly push the steel strip out of the shearSing zone.

Spacer

Spacer, also known as separator rings or spacer rings, are mainly used to fill the gaps between slitting blades and help form the width of the strip.It is divided into metal spacers and rubber spacers.

Bakelite strip

LMS offers a variety of bakelite strips, including FR4 bakelite strips, FR4 separators (made of high-quality FR4 material, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, suitable for slitting machine guide systems), wear-resistant guides; epoxy board bakelite strips (high strength, impact-resistant, suitable for high-load parts of slitting machines), and high-strength accessories.

Main Function: "Tightens firmly, removes easily, and controls precisely."

1. Provides Large and Controllable Tension: Capable of generating hundreds or even thousands of tons of axial tension, precisely controlled by a pressure gauge (accuracy ±5-10%). Ensures reliable connections, preventing bolt loosening and equipment failure due to vibration or alternating loads.

2. Supports Non-Destructive Installation and Removal: Installation via pure axial tension eliminates frictional fastening; removal via reverse pressure eliminates hammering or heating. Protects expensive spindles and bolt threads, significantly extending the lifespan of core components and reducing maintenance costs.

Significantly Improves Operational Efficiency and Safety: The process is fast (typically taking only a few minutes), labor-saving (hydraulic pressure replaces manual labor), and controllable and shock-free. Chopper Knives

Scrap chopper knives are a high-speed rotary shearing system installed at the discharge end of slitting or rewinding machines. Their core mission is to instantly, automatically, and continuously shred the trim scrap generated during slitting inline, making it easy to handle and recycle, thereby ensuring uninterrupted production.

Felt product

Adhesive-backed felt series: 
Adhesive-backed felt, imported green adhesive-backed felt (using high-quality adhesive backing technology, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, suitable for slitting machine surface protection and cushioning, extending equipment life).

Customized product: 
The felt can be layered (supporting layered design to meet the cushioning needs of different parts of the slitting machine and improve production accuracy)
