Embossing main machine
It is the most important device of whole embossing production line, with complex structure and powerful function, it can realize embossing effect in many different shapes, which provides important technical support for metal processing field.
Decoiler
Decoiler consists of reel, machine base and power system with hydraulic auxiliary support.
Tension Pinching Feed
The tension table exerts positive pressure on the coil to create recoiling tension, which facilitates the tightening of the sheet. Structure: Platen felt type.
Side Guide and Hydraulic Shearer
Used for coil sheet positioning to prevent from running away. Vertical rollers are set on each side , fixed on their respective sliding seats, which can be manually adjusted to move along the direction of coil width on the guide rails to adapt to different slitting widths.
Recoiler
Reel spindle, material 42CrMoV, forging, high load capacity.
Enclosed gear box with gears lubricated by immersion oil.
The reel is driven by DC motor through reducer and gear for forward and reverse rotation.
