Narrow Strip Coil Slitting Machine Function:
Narrow Strip Coil Slitting Machines process the thin aluminium alloy, stainless steel and copper strips with a strip thickness of 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm using circular slitting blades in max speed up to 200 m/min.
Narrow Strip Coil Slitting Machine Structure:
Narrow Strip Coil Slitting Machine starts with an uncoiler that holds the material coil and feeds it into the slitting line. The uncoiler may have features such as a brake system or tension control to ensure auto feeding of the material. The slitter heads cut the material into narrow strips of desired widths. A scrap winder collects trimmings or edge scraps, generated during the slitting process. After the material is slit into narrow strips, it is rewound onto a recoiler. The recoiler has a tensioner ahead to ensure proper winding of the strips.

Hydraulic Decoiler
