The 900 flying cut to length line is used in the steel processing industry, which refers to the fixed-length shearing by driving the shearer during the feeding process. Because the flying shear motion does not need to stop feeding during the shearing process, and can freely modify the shearing length and feeding speed during the processing, it greatly improves the processing efficiency of steel plate and aluminum strip shearing. The max speed of the production line can be as high as 100m/min. The finished product of the plate has high precision, the flatness precision is 1/4mm of material thickness per square meter , and no waves during the production

1.Six-layer Roller Precision Leveler
Straightening Coil Steel into flat sheets.The leveling machine composed of feeding roller, upper & lower leveling roller groups, upper & lower support roller, machine frame, upper roller pressing adjustment device, power system, etc.
2. Flying Shearing Head
The advanced flying shear head is adopted, the high-speed double crank rotates continuously to track and cut the coil into sheet. With advanced German servo control system , and the rotary- type (upper and lower blade pairing) to drive blades up and down for shearing precisely
3. Front Stacker
The processed sheets are stacked and packed while avoiding sheet-to-sheet collisions.
4. Post Stacker
The long steel sheets cut by the shearing machine are sent to the machine by the conveyor and collected neatly through the cooperation of air pressure and hydraulic pressure, and then transported out from the discharge raceway.
5. Sheet Collecting Manipulator
Equipped with handle manipulator, single-side beater & tail beater, and 11KW high-pressure blower to buffer the sheet descending speed and reduce surface damage.
6. Sheet
Six-layer roller leveling host, can be double-sided lamination or paper lamination. Straighten coil into flat sheets. (The cutting and sizing accuracy of this equipment is ±0.15mm in length and ±0.3mm in diagonal)
