    Coil Cart

     

    Adopts a V-shaped steel plate welding structure, used for storing coils. The feeding coil cart consists of  machine base cart, coil table, and other components. Driven by motor to move, lifted by hydraulic cylinder, guided by four columns, and supported by double roller power. The double rollers are assisted by hydraulic motor to decoiling.

     

    Hydraulic Decoiler (double head 3-level stacking heavy-duty type)

     

    Coil clamped by hydraulic double head 3-level stacking top pressure. Base movement driven by hydraulic cylinder and has the function of simultaneously driving centering.  Main shaft are designed with pneumatic disc brake devices.

     

    Heavy duty gantry hydraulic feeder

     

    Consists of closed heavy-duty gantry, dual pressure and power device, hydraulic pressure device, mechanical feeding device, mobile hydraulic head device, and hydraulic shovel plate device. Used for feeding the coil into the 7-roller rough leveler.

     

    7-roller rough leveler

     

    2-roller clamping + 5-roller leveling structure.      

                                                                     

    The motor drives the upper and lower roller through the universal shaft by reducer and distribution box. The feeding upper roller pressed down by hydraulic, and the leveling upper roller pressed down by motor . The motor controlled by DC system to ensure synchronization with the leveler.

     

    Hydraulic shearer

     

    Consists of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts, and can achieve sheet cutting after starting and descending with no load during operation.

     

    Roller transition table

     

    Composed of rack, roller conveyor, and intermediate support plate. 

     

    Function : Convey the sheet from rough leveler to main precise leveler 

     

    Clamping roller + side guide device

     

    Two- roller structure that provides stable clamping force through the cooperation of upper and lower rollers, ensuring coil is flat during transportation and avoiding wrinkles and deviations that may affect the following processing. 

     

    Side guide device can accurately control the lateral position of coil during the slitting to prevent edge running, and ensure that the cutting width of the finished product meets

     

    Edge cutting device + Scrap Winder

     

    Edge cutting device adopts upper and lower circular blade structure for trimming of strips edge, and the slitting width can be adjusted through the hydraulic moving seat. The lower blade shaft fixed; Upper blade shaft: By synchronously adjusting the space between the blade shafts through worm gear, so that the space between the upper and lower blade shafts can be controlled precisely. The upper and lower blade shafts are both locked by nuts.

     

    Scrap Winder used for collecting waste strips after slitting. Driven by motor and equipped with a cylinder (the unloading cylinder can be controlled separately), it can quickly unload scrap.

     

    11-Roller Main Leveler

     

    Quadruple welded base and archway frame, upper 4-roller and lower 5-roller structure.

    The roller end is equipped with heavy duty anti-jumping bearing. 

    The upper and lower rollers are equipped with three groups of supporting rollers to enhance the rigidity. The height of supporting rollers is compensated by adjusting the deflection through wedge; 

    The positive roller driven by  motor through a gearbox, universal joints, etc; 

    The pressing device uses AC motor worm, which supports electric coarse adjustment and manual fine adjustment.

     

    Lifting platform

    Adjusts the vertical height of the table surface through hydraulic or electric driving methods, in order to connect different height processes, assist in sheet leveling and conveying, or equipment debugging.
