The process begins with the shovel head, which features a hard chrome-plated surface to prevent material scratches. Operated by a hydraulic cylinder, it works in tandem with a buffer roller to smoothly feed the coil head into the pinch rollers. These rollers, constructed from post-coil steel with precision-bored bearing seats, undergo heat treatment, fine grinding, and hard chrome plating for superior strength and surface quality.
At the heart of the system is the 5-roller leveler, equipped with a synchronous hold-down mechanism and driven by dual gear motors. The leveling rollers, adjustable via a worm gear and handwheel, employ a strategic two-upper and three-lower roller configuration to effectively flatten uneven steel plates. Each roller is precision-turned, tempered, chrome-plated, and ground to achieve optimal surface hardness and smoothness, ensuring exceptional leveling results. Independent drive via universal couplings allows forward and reverse rotation, enhancing versatility.
Finally, the plate head shear, hydraulically driven with manually adjustable blades, trims irregular plate heads to prepare them for subsequent processing. Its interchangeable blades support cutting varying thicknesses with consistent accuracy.
Powered by a robust unit including a gear motor, synchronization cabinet, and universal joint, this system streamlines operations from automated feeding through leveling and cutting, significantly boosting productivity and quality in metalworking applications.
