Key components and their functions are meticulously designed to work in harmony:

  Decoiler: This unit reliably unwinds the master coil. It features a robust drum and machine base, supported by a hydraulic power system. An integrated head pressing device, equipped with a PU-wrapped pressure roller driven by a hydraulic motor, ensures smooth and controlled feeding of the material into the line.

  Main Slitter: The heart of the Precision Slitting Line, this machine utilizes two movable slitting heads. These heads can be shifted laterally along a track or transferred vertically via a trolley, allowing for quick interchangeability and minimal downtime. Both heads share power from AC motors through gearboxes and universal joints to drive the upper and lower blade shafts. The lower blade shaft is fixed, while the upper shaft is synchronously adjusted via a worm gear mechanism for precise blade gap control, ensuring clean and accurate slitting according to custom width requirements set by spacer arrangements.

  Side Guiding Device: This component is critical for maintaining the correct path of the coil, preventing deviation. It consists of vertical rollers on fixed sliding seats that can be adjusted manually or motorized along the guide rail. This dual adjustment capability allows for quick and accurate alignment to accommodate various strip widths.

  Tension Stand: Applying positive pressure on the strips, this unit generates the necessary recoiling tension to ensure tightly wound and firm final coils. It is available in pressure plate felt or belt-type structures to suit different material specifications.

  Recoiler: Designed to wind the slit strips into tight, neat coils, the recoiler features a spindle with an expanding core shaft. A sophisticated recoiling and separation device, comprising spacer rollers and hydraulic cylinders, ensures precise strip positioning for neat winding. An air disc brake provides reliable, adjustable braking force to prevent coil loosening. A hydraulic pushing device then safely unloads the finished coils onto the discharge cart.

The entire system is powered by integrated hydraulic and pneumatic systems, all managed through a centralized control system for seamless operation, high productivity, and consistent output.
