1850 Slitting Line

Decoiler
Consists of drum, machine base and power system, with hydraulic auxiliary support.
Equipped with material head pressing device and pressure roller is wrapped with PU and driven by hydraulic motor.
Main Slitter
1) Adopts with hydraulic locking for the upper and lower blade shafts.
2) Function: slitting the coil into narrow strips according to customer requirements.
By changing the spacers arrangement, the strips width can be flexibly adjusted.
3) Composed of steel plate, cast steel base, synchronous gearbox, universal joint, electric spiral elevator, etc.
4) Blade shaft adjustment: lower blade shaft fixed; Upper blade shaft: By synchronously adjusting the space between the blade shafts through worm gear, so that the space between the upper and lower blade shafts can be controlled precisely.
Tension Stand
Apply positive pressure on strips to make recoiling tension, so as to tighten the coil.
Structure: Pressure plate felt type
Recoiler
(1) Function: support coil strip and provide sufficient recoiling force, pushing device to assist the coil cart to unloading the coil.
(2) Structure: Rack, spindle, expansion and contraction core shaft with jaws, recoiling and separation device, braking device, reduction device, auxiliary support, pushing device, power part.
(3) Recoiling and separation device: Composed of spacer rollers, support arms, and hydraulic cylinders. Spacer rollers, plated with hard chrome, are used to separate steel strips and accurately fix their positions on the entry of the core shaft to ensure neat recoiling. When the inner diameter increases, the power of hydraulic cylinder also increases accordingly.
(4) Braking device: Air disc brake. The braking force is adjustable. Brake tightly when machine stop . Release when start. Ensure that the coil will not loosen in both standby and start-up states to avoid loosening.
(5) Pushing device: composed of pushing plate, double guide rod, push-pull hydraulic cylinder, guide sleeve, etc. Multiple coil are arranged on the core shaft, and can be slowly removed from the core shaft by pushing device. The guide rod is made of # 4 round rod, which has been quenched and tempered, plated with hard chromium, and then polished.
